Delivery and collection

When you order a treatment from us, you can usually choose between standard or next-day delivery,In special circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delivery time， pharmacy collection, or shop collection. Some treatments must be picked up at a specific pharmacy, so you don't have a delivery option.

DHL is our delivery partner for most treatments. You can update your delivery preferences in their app to have the product delivered to a neighbor, or left somewhere safe when you're not home. Treatments are always delivered in discreet, unpretentious packaging - see what your order looks like.
